LOCARNO, Switzerland (2011-08-25) - In view of his advanced age, Felix Brunner, pioneer of standardization and control of printing processes, has decided to place his company, System Brunner AG, in new hands. In the course of a management buyout under the guidance of Daniel Würgler, the company’s ownership structure is being completely realigned. Daniel Würgler, who has been with System Brunner for almost 30 years, is the new CEO effective immediately.

This change does not affect the important technology partnerships with QuadTech Inc. (inline color control with gray balance priority in web offset), KBA (inline color control with gray balance priority in sheetfed offset), and manroland Offenbach (balance control after a defined OK sheet in sheetfed offset).

Together with these partners, Daniel Würgler and his team will resolutely continue - developing the globally recognized color control systems and solutions for process control/standardization. Daniel Würgler has no doubt that, in an increasingly competitive environment, printing companies must focus even more strongly on automation and process reliability. System Brunner will continue offering appropriate solutions along with the associated expertise.
