General Terms and Conditions:

After your registration is received we will send you a written confirmation. For some seminars the number of participants is limited. If the event is booked out we will place you on a waiting list or suggest an alternative date.

The course documentation is included in the participation fee according to the event description and will be given to you on arrival. Lunch and drinks during the breaks are included in the course price unless stated otherwise in the course description. The course price does not include extra costs such as accommodation, breakfast, dinner or traveling expenses.

After registration an invoice will be issued for the course fee which must be paid prior to the start of the course otherwise participation is not possible.

If a participant cancels his/her registration up till 4 weeks before the course starts, all fees will be refunded less a CHF 90,- (EUR 60,-) handling charge. If cancellation is made less than 4 weeks before the course starts, the full course fee will be invoiced. It is possible to send a replacement in which case the participant is not faced with any additional costs. Cancellations or registration changes must be made in writing. No further concessions can be claimed from System Brunner AG.

Should System Brunner AG cancel a course and not replace it for any reason whatsoever, all fees paid will be refunded in full. Any further claims on System Brunner AG for items such as hotel cancellation charges, traveling costs, etc. will not be considered.

Personal data will be stored, processed and used in compliance with valid data protection regulations. We observe the basic principle that personal data is not to be sold, leased or made available in any manner.

The place of jurisdiction concerning any obligations and disputes is System Brunner AG headquarters.
