Within the scope of the SBC program we certify you as Authorised Reseller (AR), Certified Expert (CE) or Certified Trainer (CT). System Brunner Certified indicates that you have expert status for the Print Expert® products as well as for print standardization.
What is an Authorised Reseller?
An Authorised Reseller is a company that System Brunner has certified as a distribution representative and is responsible for sales and service of System Brunner Print Expert products in a specified region. At least one member of your staff has to complete a Certified Expert course and others can optionally attend a Certified Trainer course. As an Authorised Reseller you will be supported by System Brunner with comprehensive marketing resources.
What is a Certified Expert and Trainer?
A Certified Expert is a person certified by System Brunner as being proficient mainly in the areas of process standardization and Print Expert Suite. A Certified Trainer on the other hand is an Authorised Resellers employee who is certified as being proficient mainly in instruction and application of Print Expert Suite. As a System Brunner Certified Expert or Certified Trainer you are entitled to use the CE logo to communicate your expert status, you receive a knowledge database login, and can use the Print Expert Suite at favourable rates.
