This closed-loop color control system can be used on all web offset presses, is the only proven inking unit control with the priority on gray balance, and has gained acceptance worldwide. Because of the comprehensive functions such as process diagnosis in real time, Balance Navigator® for precise color and contrast corrections, quality rating according to industry standards or statistical print run logging including colorimetrical reporting, CCS-IF is more than just a color control system. This solution is a key factor within the scope of Color Management in its entirety and guarantees the highest degree of color fidelity and economy.

okBalance® is the integrated upgrade for all MAN Roland sheetfed presses equipped with ColorPilot. Thanks to color control with gray balance priority, okBalance® ensures visually constant production results from the OK sheet onwards. okBalance® is based on the patented regulation algorithm from System Brunner.

ProcessPilot MAN Roland is the new and ideal supplement to color control systems and permits process-spanning standardization and optimization of proofs, plate imaging, print characteristic curves and printing with process colors. ProcessPilot is an OEM product solution from System Brunner. All evaluations can be made with just one scan spectrometer.

The 3rd generation of Instrument Flight® online is to be presented at drupa. This is a high-end upgrade for all MAN Roland sheetfed presses equipped with ColorPilot color control systems. The new system solution impresses with its ergonomical Touchscreen operation and expanded functions including colorimetrical reporting. It is particularly suitable for companies who have to guarantee and log standardized processes every day, but sometimes also need maximum flexibility. The most important features of this system solution are: color control with the priority on gray balances in accordance with industry standards such as Eurostandard System Brunner® or an OK sheet, process diagnostics, quality evaluation, Balance Navigator®, and training/support from System Brunner.

 

On the stands of both partners System Brunner will also be showing the new Print Expert® Suite v.2 which provides the user with an efficient method for standardization, process calibration and monitoring of all output steps in a digital workflow and thus ensures efficient use of all types of color control systems. Only one scan spectrometer is needed to operate the five Print Expert® Suite modules Proof, Plate, PrintCurve, Print and Production Checker.

A new addition to the Print Expert® Suite is a web-based system solution that provides users with process-spanning access to all production stages proof-plate-print with trends and statistical evaluation. Any errors are detected early which reduces costs.

Furthermore, System Brunner is to provide information about the new System Brunner Certified Expert program for its sales partners. A Certified Expert is accredited with expert status for the Print Expert® products as well as for print standardization.

With the new System Brunner Remote System Service customers are supported proactively in process optimization, system maintenance or fault rectification. Using special software, the customer can establish an encrypted interactive Internet connection to System Brunner Service with a few mouse clicks and receive efficient assistance.
